Return Policy

We stand by our paddles, but we understand that no paddle is one-size-fits-all. For paddles purchased on OrganicPickleball.com, we offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the grip wrap intact. If the return or exchange is a result of an error made by Organic Pickleball or a manufacturing defect, you will not be charged for return shipping and handling. Otherwise, additional shipping and handling charges may apply. A refund will be issued within 14 business days for approved returns


Limited Warranty Policy

Organic Pickleball paddles come with a limited 120-day warranty against manufacturer defects and workmanship of the paddle, including core materials, deformation, and delamination. If you purchase the paddle directly from OrganicPickleball.com, you are automatically registered for warranty coverage. However, if you purchased from an authorized dealer, you must register your paddle within 14 days. Proof of purchase is required, and bank and credit card statements can be used as proof. If there are any factory defects on arrival, they must be reported to Organic Pickleball with photographic evidence prior to use - in line with the return policy (including handle plastic wrap still on handle). Organic Pickleball reserves the right to judge and determine whether a paddle is covered by our warranty and whether to replace it. The warranty does not apply to replacement paddles.

If approved under warranty, we will aim to issue a replacement within 14 business days from the paddle’s arrival at our inspection facility.

The following are not covered by the warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage through improper usage (striking the ground, other paddles, or anything other than a pickleball).
  • Negligence, acts of nature, or accident.
  • Any modifications made to the paddle after purchasing.
  • Fading of graphics.
  • Rattling that does not affect performance.
  • Used in commercial applications or rentals.
  • Not being the original purchaser.
  • Buying from a non-authorized Organic Pickleball dealer or purchasing in used condition.
  • Paddles won as prizes or in giveaways.
